Sea Salt Bean & Nut Snack Mix

It started with a long hike off the coast of the Olympic Peninsula. We could practically taste the salt water in the wind. Craving an on-the-go energy snack, we created this mix. Crunchy chickpeas, fava beans and crisp lentils are mixed with whole dry-roasted almonds and pepitas. A light dusting of sea salt brings the blend together as a satisfying pick me up.
