Santa Fe Green Chile White Beans

Our white beans with Hatch green chiles are inspired by the Santa Fe classic - green chili stew, which I first tried at a restaurant in that charming town’s main plaza, many years ago. What makes this dish extra special are the green chiles, grown in the Hatch valley of New Mexico by our farm-partners who have been cultivating these chiles for three generations.
