Miso Brown Rice
With age, comes flavor. We age our Brown Rice Miso for two years for a deeper, smoother umani flavor.
Recipe suggestion:
- 1 Tbsp. of Brown Rice Miso
- ¾ cup of hot water
- Add garnish if you'd wish, like tofu or green onions
Add hot water to the liquid, and you have instant MISO soup. Delicious! You can also pour the liquid concentrate straight from the bottle to use as a sauce.
